We find this to be the most effective way to optimise your training time while getting the benefits of moving better, becoming stronger and more resilient, while challenging yourself to move in ways you never thought possible.

I created this environment so that I could share my knowledge and experiences with others, in order to help them improve their lives.

I've experienced obstacles and injury along the way, and understand how changing my perspective on training helped me play the long game and invest in my physical wealth.
