When you sign up for our 2 week trial you will begin with a 1on1 ‘Meet & Move’ assessment with one of our coaches.

You can then join in on 2 x Small Group Personal Training (CREW) sessions per week. That way you can get to know our coaches and members and see if LIFT. is right for you.
